These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Polaris website located at https://polarisplatform.org (the “Site”), operated by Polaris, Inc. (“Polaris,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

The Polaris website is provided for informational and fundraising purposes only. The Site is intended to:
- Share information about Polaris’s mission, work, and the documentary it is producing
- Allow visitors to support Polaris through donations and sponsorships
- Allow visitors to volunteer, partner, or contact us
Polaris does not provide professional, medical, or financial services through this Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a donation or submit information through this Site. The Site is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

By making a donation through the Site, you acknowledge that:
- Donations are processed by a third-party payment processor, subject to its own terms and privacy practices.
- Polaris, Inc. is a Colorado nonprofit corporation. We are completing our fiscal sponsorship and application for federal tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3); until that recognition is in place, contributions are not tax-deductible. We will update this Site when our status changes.
- Donations are voluntary and, except as required by law, non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us promptly.
5. Inquiries and Submissions
If you contact Polaris or submit information through a form, you do so voluntarily, and Polaris may use the information solely to respond to your inquiry, coordinate your involvement, or evaluate interest.
6. No Professional Advice
All content provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, clinical, legal, financial, or tax advice. You should not rely on any information on this Site as a substitute for professional judgment or consultation.
